The utility shed outside houses another toilet, washing machine, and dryer, all easily accessible from the house for your convenience. Situated at the northern end of Pauanui between the beach and estuary, Sol Vista Paku is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from Pauanui Beach, and less than 20-minute walk to the local shops, cafes, and Royal Billy Point. Pleasant Point boat ramp is conveniently close by, with ample parking on the front lawn for cars and boats, making it the perfect spot for water enthusiasts, and grants you easy access to all the Coromandel hot spots! Other things to note Please note there is surveillance cameras at this property placed in the outdoor areas, for added security during your stay. As the deck barrier is below 1 metre high, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls. Please note that the pictured outdoor fireplace is not available for guest use. Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods (Vertuo) to make use of the available machine. This property is best suited for families. Strictly no parties or large group bookings allowed.
