Small shared courtyard. *Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request* The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge, moka, kettle, microwave oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), double sofa bed, single sofa bed (pouf), dining table, 32-inch smart TV and access to the SMALL BALCONY; - BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet; - MEZZANINE with BEDROOM (double bed, single bed, clothes stand and desk); - COMMON COURTYARD with table and chairs (accessible to 5 other apartments). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (split in the living room split in the living room, adjustable towards the sleeping area), hairdryer, drying rack, vertical iron.
