Other things to note Routine Maintenance at our home: Our house is cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival, including fresh bedsheets and towels. The pool is cleaned every three days, including skimming, chlorine checks, and pump filtering. Air conditioning units are serviced regularly. Plants are watered, and lawn maintenance is performed as needed, along with regular pest control and insect fogging.
