Sunny View is a spacious detached bungalow which is decorated in a beachy style. It's perfect for seaside holidays with friends or family all year round. Commanding a fantastic position within the heart of Winterton-on-Sea, Sunny View overlooks a village green and pretty thatched cottages. This single storey property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and welcomes three dogs at no additional charge. The space The living room at Sunny View has seating for six people, with a flatscreen wall mounted TV with Freeview, DVD player and surround sound system, and electric stove. The well equipped kitchen has an Aga Rangemaster electric cooker, and there is a roomy fridge/freezer and integrated dishwasher. You'll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer in the adjoining utility room. Patio doors in the dining area open out onto the patio and pretty enclosed garden which is safe for children and pets. Garden furniture is provided for outdoor entertaining. Located at the rear of the cottage, bedroom one has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom two is probably the most beachy of all the rooms at Sunny View, with two standard size single beds and a quirky beach hut wardrobe. Overlooking a village green at the front of the house, bedroom three has a kingsize bed and is the largest bedroom. The main bathroom has a full size whirlpool bath with an electric shower over the bath, washbasin and WC. There is unlimited free wifi and off road parking for one car, with unrestricted parking on the road at the front and side of the cottage. Up to three dogs are welcome at Sunny View by prior arrangement. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the property. Other things to note Dogs are welcome throughout living areas and may be left in the property unattended if guests are sure they will settle. Dogs may join you on the sofa if throws are used (please bring your own).
