The house is connected to fiber optic internet, the large television has Dutch channels via the Canal +app, otherwise there are also French channels available. The kitchen is spaciously equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hobs, filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. On the second floor are 2 spacious bedrooms with new box spring beds size 180*200, there is also a small bedroom with a single bed which is extendable with a second sleeping place, size 2X 90*200. The bathroom is completely new with a walk-in shower, hanging toilet and a large sink with mirror. Under the house are the cave (basements) here is a washing machine, clothes dryer and other items for cleaning. The driveway is paved and offers space for multiple vehicles on your own property. The driveway is a short but steep slope, making access for low vehicles tricky. Garden has over 500 m2 of lawn.
