Vacation home Bourgondië has a garden, terrace, a lounge garden room 45 m2, and offers accommodation in Saint-Honoré-les-Bains with free WiFi and garden views. The vacation home, located in a building from 1900, was renovated in 2024. Free private parking. This vacation home is equipped with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a flat-screen TV, a sitting area and 1 bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linens can be provided for a fee. The space The house has a large living room with plenty of seating. The house is connected to fiber optic internet, the large television has Dutch channels through the Canal + app, and French channels are also available. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hobs, filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. On the second floor, there are 2 spacious bedrooms with new box spring beds, size 180*200, there is also a small bedroom with a single bed which is extendable with a second sleeping place, size 2X 90*200. The bathroom is completely new with a walk-in shower, hanging toilet and a large sink with mirror. Under the house are the caves (cellars) here is a washing machine, dryer and other things for cleaning. At the back of the house is a closed garden room of 45 m2 with a sliding door over the full width on the garden side. The house is located on a plot of over 1,000 m2, and is completely enclosed by an entrance gate and fence all around. The driveway is paved and offers space for several vehicles on private property. The driveway is a short but steep slope, making access for low vehicles difficult. The garden has over 500 m2 of lawn. We have years of experience renting out vacation homes in the region. This vacation home is ideal for families and it has beautiful views over forests, meadows and hills. Fine patio chairs and a garden set make it possible to eat outside and enjoy the area to the fullest. In St. Honore les Bains, you will find plenty of amenities, such as a bakery, a pizzeria, a supermarket and a restaurant. At 300 m distance, there is a public swimming pool, and you can take wonderful walks in the nearby forest (150 m). The serene surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for entertainment: there is a golf course, the Bourgogne cycling route, various mountain bike routes and you can also go whitewater canoeing and rafting. Through the marked hiking trail, you will discover the impressive flora and fauna of the Morvan in combination with wooden bridges, rocks, cliffs and a beautiful waterfall. The children have also been thought of. In the garden, there is a play castle with slide and swings & a large in-ground trampoline of 4.5 meters in diameter.
