The space Little Lagoon COMBO 2-BDR APARTMENT - has 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, 1 full bathroom, 1 living room with 1 twin bed, 1 full kitchen, 1 screened in porch (with 1 sofa bed and an indoor sitting area), 1 open porch (with a patio table & 6 chairs), and 2 entrances! This first floor apartment also includes the front yard (with 2 guest sitting areas including 4 lounge chairs and an outdoor table with 2 chairs) for relaxing and enjoying our beautiful ocean view! FOR ONLY $49.00/NIGHT, ASK ABOUT ADDING A 3rd BEDROOM & EN-SUITE BATH THAT ACCOMMODATES 2 ADDITIONAL GUESTS (the 7th & 8th guests of our listing). We have opened up the adjoining bedroom (double bed), en-suite bathroom, and a 3rd back patio to this apartment! This option provides our guests with THE ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR OF OUR HOME!! Guest access Little Lagoon has a full setup of solar panels & batteries to power our whole house during those frequent Caribbean power outages!!! We are also net-metered with our power company so that we have plenty of power during those infrequent overcast days...THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!!! Other things to note John's Folly Bay is a shallow sandy/rocky lagoon serving as a fish/shellfish hatchery/nursery. We have periodic influxes of various amounts of Sargassum seaweed which also brings in juvenile species. Very sporadically, some of these influxes create a mild odor by the water. We would be glad to credit any guest with a 10% OFF DISCOUNT if they experience this odor during the duration of their stay. You might have many interesting questions to ask the owner, Ernest, who is a native Virgin Islander and a former OLYMPIC ATHLETE who competed in the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville, France!
