The house is 300 m2 and has a 2000 m2 garden with 4 m/2 m/1 m above-ground pool and trampoline, including 180 m2 of terrace. The house is ideally located to visit Burgundy and enjoy activities such as wine tasting, horseback riding, hiking, paddle boarding, windsurfing, pedal boating, swimming (different bodies of water, lakes nearby)... The space The house is classified ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ in furnished tourism by Côte d'Or attractiveness. It is located in the heart of Vitteaux. Please note that the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Parking is free and possible on the street, you will have the opportunity to park a vehicle in the inner courtyard. On the ground floor you will have an entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, second living room with piano, shower room and toilet and bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. When you arrive at the house you access the entrance hall, opposite is a living room with sofa, armchairs and TV. To the right of this, the room with a large oval dining table for 13 people overlooking an open fireplace (non-functional). To the right of this room is the fully equipped kitchen. In this kitchen you will also have access to a washing machine. To the left of the living room, you have a large room with functional piano, sofa and armchairs. This room is ideal for enjoying a musical moment with family or friends. To the left of this room you have access to a hall that serves a bedroom with a double bed (140), desk, independent toilet and independent bathtub. Upstairs you will have the other 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Arriving at the top of the floor, on the left you will have a bedroom for two people (200 X 200 bed) with office space. In front of the stairs is a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. On the right, a long corridor that serves 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms with beds for two people (2 beds of 140 and 1 bed of 180). 1 bedroom with single bed (90 X 200) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 X 200). The last bedroom at the end of the hallway has its own bathroom with bathtub and toilet. All bedrooms have a wardrobe with closet. Outside the house, you will have a 180 m2 gravel courtyard with a garden table for 13 people, a swing, a garden lounge area as well as armchairs and deckchairs to enjoy the space and calm. Also outside you have a 2000 m2 park with trampoline and a rectangular above-ground swimming pool 4 m/2 m/1 m unheated and available from 06/17 to 09/15. PLEASE NOTE the price is based on the number of people. The rooms also depend on this number. (e.g. for a booking for 5 people, 2 couples and 1 child you will have access to 3 bedrooms + full access to the rest of the house inside and outside). If there are 5 of you and you want 5 bedrooms, a surcharge will be requested for the fourth and fifth bedrooms. For use of the barbecue, plan to use charcoal.
