The location is easily accessible from both the airport and the port, just a 15-minute drive from each. The area offers something for every taste. Directly across from the property you'll find a market, and within walking distance there are several taverns, cafés, and nightlife spots. The beach is about one kilometer away. There, you can choose between the organized part with sunbeds and beach bars or explore its quieter, untouched side. Marmari Beach is also ideal for kitesurfing, windsurfing, and other water sports, as part of the shoreline is safely designated for these activities. You can even enjoy a sunset ride on trained horses along the sand. The area is perfect for cycling, thanks to a dedicated bike path. Not far from Marmari, on the road toward Tigaki, you'll find the salt flats, a protected Natura 2000 zone known for its beautiful landscape and rich biodiversity, including flocks of pink flamingos. From the nearby port of Mastichari, you can take day trips to nearby islands such as Kalymnos, Pserimos, Leros, and Patmos. Just 3.5 km away lies the charming village of Pyli, known for its archaeological interest, traditional stone houses, and quaint cafés clustered around the Roman Spring, which still provides cool, drinkable water.
