Our cozy and newly renovated apartment offers you everything to enjoy a long or short break and is located on the outskirts of Ermschwerd. The small town of Witzenhausen (also known as Kirschenstadt) is only 4 km away. Witzenhausen is also right on the German Fairy Tale Route. The Werra Valley shines in its full beauty, especially during cherry blossom (mid/end of April), and invites you to hike, cycle, take excursions or enjoy relaxing walks. The space The 90 m² apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a fully automatic coffee machine and a pod machine available. You have to bring your own coffee beans or pads. Next door is a cozy dining room with 4 seats. There are also two bedrooms (1x double bed and 1x single bed) and a bathroom in the apartment. From the living room, you can also access a large terrace-like balcony. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. Internet via Wi-Fi is also free of charge. Thanks to its unique location in the border triangle of Hesse-Lower Saxony-Thuringia, the cherry city is the ideal starting point for extensive hiking and cycling tours. From here you can reach various idyllic hiking and cycling trails, whose varied routes meet every need. Excursion tips in the surrounding area: - Ziegenhagen Adventure Park - Werratal Therme in Bad Sooden-Allendorf, as well as the Gradierwerk right next to the thermal baths - The Ludwigstein and Hanstein castles - Bilstein - Hoher Meißner - The historic town of Hann. Münden, home to three rivers You have a unique view of the Werra Valley from the "Devil's Pulpit," which is located not far from Hanstein Castle. Guest access There is a garden for shared use. Here you can enjoy the sun and flowers, barbecue, etc. Children can also camp by prior arrangement with the landlord. The garden is completely fenced. If you come with your dog, it is welcome to run free here. However, you have to make sure that the garden is left clean. Other things to note A secure storage facility for bicycles is available, but no liability is assumed here. Final cleaning is already included in the price. The apartment is designed for 3 people. Additional people are only allowed upon request and for a fee. Dogs are welcome upon request. There is even a dog in the house :-) Please note that your dog is not allowed to be left alone in the apartment. Exceptions must be agreed with the landlord before booking. €7.50 will be charged per dog for each night. These must be paid in cash on site to the landlord.
