With the apartment comes an underground parking space (Duplexparker) at no extra cost for you. The access to the staircase and elevator is only a few meters next to the parking space. The apartment is equipped with a Nuki system. Both the front door and the apartment door can be opened remotely and via an app. I prepare the check-in in such a way that you can simply ring the bell and you will be let in automatically. There is a keypad on the apartment door. After entering the code, the door opens automatically. You can test the Nuki system during check-in. If you don't like it, regular keys are stored upstairs in the apartment. You are flexible to use whichever you like better. Caution: before your stay, we have an online check-in form for you to fill. Other things to note The apartment has been freshly modernized and furnished with great attention to detail. Please be so kind and treat the inventory with care, especially the real wood parquet & the sofa. So hopefully many guests after you can enjoy it as well. If you should arrive in Chemnitz before 16:00, you are welcome to leave your luggage already in the apartment. The entrance to the underground garage is next to the passage to the backyard.
