B&B Estia Domus a Pompei centro

Estia Domus was born from Giorgia's hospitality and her curiosity about other cultures. The property is equipped with three modern rooms with beautiful bathrooms in a recently renovated apartment in the center of Pompeii. The Scavi di Pompei, the area of the musical concerts (Piazza Anfiteatro), and the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin, are just a 5-minute walk away. The B&B, which is very close to the train station, is also an ideal place to visit Vesuvius, Naples, and the Amalfi Coast. The space The modern and bright rooms all have a balcony and large, refined private bathrooms with shower. Each room is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, wardrobe and a complete set of personal care accessories: towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair caps and hairdryer, ensuring guests maximum comfort. The living area, separated from the sleeping area and shared by all guests, offers breakfast tables and numerous amenities: a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, automatic coffee machine, toaster, and kettle for tea, as well as dishes and cutlery for eating takeaway food. Please note that the property is a bed and breakfast and not a vacation home: therefore, the use of the kitchen with stoves for the preparation of lunch and dinner is not allowed, in accordance with Italian law. Guest access The B&B is on the second floor, inside 4, in the first building on the right of the first cross street of Via Carlo Alberto. Guests will receive the keys to the property and the entry codes at check-in to freely access the property and their room at any time. During your stay Arriving at the B&B, you will find yourself in the center of all the tourist and recreational attractions of the city, without the need to take long walks or use the car. The evenings will be pleasant thanks to the numerous bars, restaurants, and bakeries in the area. Guests can feel at home at the B&B. Host Giorgia, originally from Pompeii and a graduate in art history, will be happy to offer you illustrations of art and archaeology, tips and suggestions for any tourist guides, making your stay unique and unforgettable. You can contact Giorgia even before you arrive for any logistical or tourist information; she will reply in a few minutes. Other things to note The accommodation tax of €3.00 per night per person is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival. We ask you to communicate the expected time. The official check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-in is possible after 10:00 p.m., upon prior notice, with a possible surcharge to be agreed upon based on the requested time. If you arrive before 3:00 p.m., you can store your luggage at the property or, if the room is ready, take advantage of an early check-in, always agreeing on the time with Giorgia. Parking is free along the road of the B&B, but places are limited and cannot be booked. Alternatively, a few meters from the property, there is a public parking lot with video surveillance with ample availability at a cost of only €9 per day. During your stay, coffee and tea are always available free of charge. Italian breakfast, available for a small extra fee to be paid on site, is served from 7:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and includes a drink of your choice (espresso, American coffee, cappuccino, fruit juice, milk or tea) accompanied by a sweet. The property offers free of charge: - Daily room cleaning upon request - Towel change every 3 days - Change of sheets every 5 days - Information material (map of the city and the excavations, itineraries, shopping tips, transport schedules, etc.) Before buying tickets or tourist guides, we recommend that you contact us: the Scavi di Pompei have several entrances and you could risk buying tickets for an entrance outside the city center far from the B&B. We are also available to arrange shuttle services to/from the airport, car rental and tour guides for the Pompeii Excavations, Vesuvius or the Amalfi Coast.
