The apt is located in a privileged region of the city. Close to FURB, market, bars/restaurants, pharmacy, laundry, to the city park and our wonderful October party (900mt of Oktoberfest pavilions). Note: we have a double bed in the bedroom and in the living room we have a sofa bed. If you prefer for better comfort and accommodate 4 people, we can provide a single mattress. Please let us know on your reservation. Other things to note Please note that for guests who have children, we do not have safety nets in windows or on the balcony of the apartment.
