Relax in this quiet and natural accommodation. Here you live in a quiet, child-friendly area, without noise from traffic and with the forest as a neighbor. The apartment is fully furnished and has been completely renovated and completed in 2023. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as oven, microwave, induction stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The nearest bus stop is 150 meters away. You can easily get to the city center by public transport in about 25 minutes with frequent departures or 20 minutes by car. The space The apartment is in our property on the second floor. When you pass the balcony, you will find the door to the stairwell in the middle of the short side of the house. Once inside the stairwell, go up to the second floor and you will find the door to the apartment. In the apartment, you will be met by an open floor plan with natural light from morning to night. The sofa bed can easily be turned into a 140 cm bed. One step up from the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, induction stove and dishwasher. In the bedroom there is a 160 cm double bed, a 105 cm single bed, as well as drawers for clothes storage. In the bathroom, there is a large spacious shower. The balcony is south-facing and is equipped with chairs and a small table. Washing machine can be found in the apartment's hall. All rooms are modern and tastefully decorated. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment with a fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment has its own south-facing balcony. A parking space in the driveway is included. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with consumables that are sufficient for a few days' stay. This is included at no extra cost: Coffee, coffee filters, tea, dishwasher tablets, dish detergent, laundry detergent, color and white laundry, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, oil and spices. There are extra bed linens and towels.
