Spruce Cottage, a newly built, private cottage of a comfortable size in a quiet location Only about 70 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo.Enjoy a private stay while feeling the nature of the four seasons. The stairwell dining kitchen, the small rise of the relaxing space, and the upstairs bedroom space is also spacious. Bedding will be provided with 2 single beds (2 people), 1 double size futon (2 people), 1 single size futon (1 person), depending on the number of people booked. It is cramped for 5 adults, so we can accommodate up to 5 people, including children (infants). There are many ski resorts within a 10-minute drive, and you can try different ski resorts depending on the weather and your mood. Kiyotsu Gorge, the Earth Art Festival area, Fuji Rock, and Dragon Dura are 30 minutes away by car. There are many ways to enjoy the area around the cottage, depending on the season, such as Yuzawa Fishing Park and Forest Adventure! It's a little bit far from the station and the center of the city, but it's a 5-minute drive to the convenience store, so it's not inconvenient. * Please be sure to read other precautions before making a reservation. * BBQ rental available (5,500 yen, reservation required) The space ■Size 54.44 ㎡ ■Wifi available ■Furniture and equipment Bathroom You can use the bathroom, toilet, sink, and washing machine. Amenities Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. We provide one set of bath towels and hand towels per person. Toothbrushes are not provided, so please bring your own.　 Kitchen Cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, fridge, oven, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, and coffee maker are available for your use. Please bring your own condiments. Bedding (up to 5 people) We will prepare according to the number of people booked, from 2 single beds, 1 double futon, and 1 single futon. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles BBQ grill rental is 5,500 yen (advance application required, available from late April to November only), and bringing your own equipment is prohibited. Pellet stove (only from November to April) Other things to note * No parties or banquet events, no non-guests allowed in the accommodation. * Please fill in the guest list. * Because it is a quiet area, we strictly prohibit any acts that may disturb the neighbors, such as noise. Please refrain from using the outdoors after 9 pm. * No smoking inside, on the deck/in the yard, or on the surrounding roads (smoking is only allowed in the parking lot, and please be sure to take your cigarette butts home with you) * Indoor cassette stoves, fireworks, fires, etc. are prohibited. * BBQ is from May to November, and pellet stove is from late December to early April. (May be earlier or later depending on snow conditions) * Use by minors under the age of 18 is not allowed.
 * As a general rule, no use other than accommodation is allowed. If a violation of the house rules is confirmed, a penalty of 50,000 yen will be charged, as well as the cost of repair or compensation. Please note that if we do not see any improvement in noise after being warned, we will report it to the police and you will be subject to early departure or a fine.
