If sofa bed is required please let me know so that the linen can be made available for your stay, these are not made up so you have a place to sit and watch TV. If there are 5-6 guests the cleaner will automatically leave linen for the sofa bed. NB. This is a 2 bedroom apartment that I have provided additional bedding options for. If you require more space than a 2 bedroom apartment can offer please look for a 3 bedroom that would better accommodate your needs. I do have a 3 Bedroom House in Dickson or a 5 bedroom house in Casey (also listed on Airbnb). It is vitally important that you book for the correct number of guests staying as if it is booked for 3 guests it will be set up with linen and towels for 3 guests only. Provision for recycling has been setup for all 10c recyclables - any cans/bottles that carry a 10c recyclable tag will be recycled and all donations will go to charity on your behalf. Medium speed unlimited NBN is provided free of charge for the duration of your stay. A noise detector, crowd sensor and alarm is fitted to this apartment. Please ensure that the correct number of guests are booked for. This is NOT a recording device but a back to base alarm device. Please note there is a strict “no drugs, no parties, no pets, no hair dying or self tanning” policy in this apartment & balcony. If guests are found to have breached the house rules an additional minimum charge of $250 will apply. Please take care of you are making tumeric based foods and wash everything to ensure there is no damage to cooking surfaces, kitchen cupboards and cookware. Please be respectful to neighbouring apartments and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please do not lose the garage remote and key - the estimated cost of replacing this is $350 per set and is the responsibility of the guest to keep secure and the letterbox locked and jumbled on checkout. This fee is charged to guests if these are missing/lost/stolen.
