The final price includes VAT. Welcome to our Oasis of Relaxation, a recently renovated and carefully maintained apartment to offer a regenerating break to our guests. Every space in this house has been furnished with a modern and functional style, ensuring a bright and welcoming environment in every room. Living/Dining Room From the entrance, a corridor winds between the dining room and the living room. The dining room is furnished with an elegant glass table with a capacity for 6 people, ideal for enjoying convivial meals. The living room accommodates a large sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable additional bed, perfect for accommodating any additional guests. A 43" smart TV guarantees unlimited entertainment, with access to Netflix, Prime Video and other streaming services. The living area also offers direct access to the large balcony. Kitchen The kitchen is a reference point for your culinary needs. Fully equipped, it offers a wall-mounted dining table for two, perfect for intimate breakfasts or dinners. Appliances include an oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher to maximize comfort during your stay. Service bathroom Continuing along the corridor, we find on the right a half bathroom, equipped only with sanitary ware and a washing machine available for guests. Bedroom 1 The first bedroom is cozy and functional, furnished with two single beds, ideal for comfortably accommodating two people. The windows give natural light to the room, while the blackout curtains allow you to adjust the intensity of the light entering the room for optimal rest. Direct access to the balcony allows you to enjoy the morning breeze and the outside view. Double bedroom The second bedroom is simple but cozy, furnished with a king-size bed and memory foam mattress. A large wardrobe provides ample space for clothes and personal accessories, keeping the room tidy and organized. A desk is available for those who wish to work or study during their stay. Full bathroom At the end of the hallway, you will find the main bathroom, complete with all amenities. Here you can relax with a rejuvenating shower or soak in a bathtub for a moment of pure relaxation. Welcome kits and towel sets (face, guest, shower) are available for guests for their comfort during their stay. Guest access Access to the apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and takes place through self check-in after sending the documents of each GUEST present. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, so you will need to climb stairs to reach the house. On the day of check-in, you'll be provided with directions to access the property and a link to a video explaining the correct step-by-step procedure to independently access the property. Other things to note Our facility is a Vacation Home managed in an entrepreneurial way and for this reason we can provide the following services upon request at least two days in advance: - linen change (for a fee of €5 per set of towels). - cleaning during your stay (€19/h). - taxi service. - covered garage (€8 per day). - dog sitter - babysitter - Each guest has a set of towels available during their stay, including a face towel, guest towel, and bath towel. - Upon request, small/medium/large pets are allowed at an additional cost of €5 per day. - It is forbidden to stay in the apartment in a number of people greater than that allowed and communicated before check-in, this entails the termination of the reservation and the simultaneous removal with loss of the amount paid. - Returning the apartment after the scheduled time by more than 10 minutes, unless previously agreed with the Management, will result in a payment of €50.00 for the "late check-out" corresponding to the cost of the missed cleaning.
