The final price includes VAT. Welcome to our Relax Oasis, a recently renovated and carefully cared for apartment to offer a refreshing break to our guests. Every space in this house has been furnished with a modern and functional style, ensuring a bright and cozy environment in every room. Living room/Dining room From the entrance, a corridor winds between the dining room and the living room. The dining room is furnished with an elegant glass table with capacity for 6 people, ideal for enjoying convivial meals. The living room has a large sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable extra bed, perfect for hosting any additional guests. A 43"smart TV ensures unlimited entertainment, with access to Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming services. The living area also offers direct access to the large balcony. Kitchen The kitchen is a point of reference for your culinary needs. Fully equipped, it offers a wall-dining table for two, perfect for breakfasts or intimate dinners. Appliances include an oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher to maximize comfort during your stay. Half bathroom Continuing through the hallway we find on the right a half bathroom, equipped with only sanitary ware and a washing machine available for guests. Bedroom 1 The first bedroom is cozy and functional, furnished with two single beds, ideal for comfortably accommodating two people. The windows give the room natural light, while the blackout curtains allow you to adjust the intensity of the light entering the room for optimal rest. Direct access to the balcony allows you to enjoy the morning breeze and the outdoor view. Double bedroom The second bedroom is simple but cozy, furnished with a king-size bed and memory foam mattress. A large wardrobe provides enough space for personal clothes and accessories, keeping the room tidy and organized. A dashboard is available for those who want to work or study during their stay. Full bathroom At the end of the hallway, you'll find the main bathroom, complete with all the amenities. Here you can relax with a regenerating shower or immerse yourself in a bathtub for a moment of pure relaxation. Welcome kits and sets of towels (face, guest, shower) are available for guests for their comfort during their stay. Guest access Access to the apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and takes place through self check-in after sending the documents of each GUEST present. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator, so it will be necessary to climb steps to get to the house. On the day of check-in you will be provided with directions to the property and a link that leads to a video that explains the correct step-by-step procedure to access the property on your own. Other things to note Our property is a Holiday Home managed in an entrepreneurial form and for this reason we can provide the following services upon request with at least two days' notice: - linen change (for a fee of €5 per set of towels). - cleaning during the stay (€19/h). - taxi service. - covered garage (€8 per day). - dog sitter - baby sitter - Each guest has a set of towels available during their stay, including a face towel, guest, and shower towel. - Upon request it is possible to admit small/medium/large pets at an additional cost of €5 per day. - It is forbidden to stay in the apartment in more than the number of people allowed and communicated before check-in, this involves the termination of the reservation and the simultaneous removal with loss of the amount paid. - The return of the apartment after the scheduled time of more than 10 minutes, if not previously agreed with the Management, will provide for the payment of Euro 50.00 for the "late check-out" corresponding to the cost of cleaning lost.
