Located on a quiet street in the hills of Seaside, this 2 story 3 bedroom/2 bath home is ready for your family retreat. We comfortably fit up to 8 guests. We have 3 bedrooms in total. The downstairs room has a California king bed, and is immediately next to the bathroom, which is easily accessible and perfect for seniors. Upstairs we have 2 more rooms. 1 room has a California king bed (which can be split into 2 twins). The master room has a king bed (option for 2 twins) and a daybed with up to 2 twins, allowing for up to 4 separate twin beds. The house is fully equipped with 2 full bathrooms including bath tub, professional stove, washer and dryer, partial ocean view from the deck, and an all around cheer. Sleeps 8. We typically require a 3 day minimum for long holiday weekends, but we will agree to a 2 day stay for non-holiday weekends. We have full kitchen amenities, bedding and sheets, bath and beach towels, and basic bathroom supplies. No smoking or fire is allowed on the property. Located in a central landing spot for all of Monterey's favorite activities, 1.5 miles from the beach, and ocean views from the deck. There is plenty of parking in the driveway (which fits up to 3 vehicles) and public transportation is a block away. Enjoy all of your favorite attractions and enjoy the beach and coastal shore of Monterey. Our professional cleaners will be deep cleaning the home between all stays, including all bedding and sanitizing all surface areas. We have always kept an exceptionally clean home for our guests.
