Han Riverside Bliss: Swimming Pool, Danang Center

Indochina Riverside Towers apartment building is located in a special location on the banks of the Han River, the center of the beautiful city of Da Nang, from which it will be easy to access all locations. 200m from Han Market; 550m from Pink Church; 1.5km from the airport. Below the building is a commercial center, surrounded by many famous local restaurants and eateries such as Pizza 4Ps, Highlands coffee, Cong coffee, Co Tien bread... The space 1 bedroom apartment 65m2 on the 11th floor, fully furnished, spacious, comfortable, 1m8 bed with warm blankets and pillows and a 1m floor mattress. You can see the Han River and swing bridge from the bedroom; see the pool from the living room and sit on the balcony enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. From the building, you can cross Bach Dang Street to take a walk along the beautiful Han River, which is the highlight of Da Nang city. Guest access You can use the gym and swimming pool on the 3rd floor from 5 am to 10 pm. Other things to note Before booking, please take the time to read through our house manual: - Please take a photo of your passport and the passport page with the date of entry when checking in to register for temporary residence according to Vietnamese law. - In an effort to minimize single-use plastic, we DO NOT provide toothbrushes for you. So don't forget to bring your toothbrush! - We'd be happy if you could keep the house green by helping us to water the plants in the morning or afternoon. We would much appreciate it! – Help us save the energy. Turn off the air conditioner, hot water heater, and unplug electrical appliances when not in use. – Keep the noise level down after 10PM. – Smoking is not allowed (but you can smoke on the balcony) and do not bring pets into our home. – Please sort the garbage and put it in the garbage room of the building on the outside of the corridor (next to the exit door) – Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight unless you inform us in advance.
