Guest access Guests will be able to access all parts of the house, the garage and the 10 acres of property. LOUNGE & DINING The home has 2 lounge areas which makes it perfect for larger groups. The ground floor lounge is dramatic with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and a stunning open log fire. Comfy leather sofas and armchairs are spread around the room. The 65 inch OLED Smart TV comes with Foxtel and Netflix and a Sonos Arc sound bar with Bluetooth connectivity. The open plan dining area comfortably seats 8, boasting stunning views from the lounge and dining area. The upstairs lounge provides a space where the kids can hang out to watch TV or play some cards. KITCHEN Cook up a storm in our fully equipped brand new kitchen with stone countertops, induction cooktop and state of the art appliances. The kitchen comes with bar stools so guests can enjoy a glass of wine whilst meals are being prepared. Stunning nature and water views provide an amazing backdrop which makes cooking a pleasurable activity. BEDROOMS We have 3 large bedrooms downstairs, with a King, Queen and Double bed respectively. The King bedroom also comes with a Walk In Robe and Ensuite. Both the King and Queen bedrooms have water views and French Door access to the deck while the Double bedroom has nature views. Upstairs we have a bedroom with a Triple Bunk Bed and a Trundle and a Queen Loft bedroom, our favourite room in the house. This secluded room has a cosy reading nook and stunning water views, the perfect place to curl up with a book. We can make up a sofa bed in the upstairs TV room should you require another bed, this will attract a small additional charge, please enquire when booking. All beds come with Down Quilts and Pillows and Organic Cotton linen. BATHROOMS We have 3 bathrooms that are clean, large and spacious. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite, the 2nd bathroom comes with a bathtub while the 3rd bathroom has been recently renovated with beautiful Spanish tiles, high quality fittings and a washer dryer. OUTDOOR This is what really makes this home special. The house comes with a large wrap around deck with an outdoor dining setting for 8, sofas and a hammock to lounge around on and catch the stunning water views. We have provided a large premium 4 burner Gas BBQ on the deck with a side burner. In the cooler months, we have a beautiful outdoor fire pit set among the tall gum trees with Hamptons style chairs and a grill for cooking.
