Spacious garden house in a green setting

Come and take a break in the countryside, where we will welcome you in a peaceful and green setting. On the ground floor you will have a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) Upstairs, three bedrooms (including a landing) and the bathroom. Thanks for this break on our ad. First of all, although we live in another part of the house that is totally independent, you will be able to enjoy all your privacy. A space in the garden (terrace and greenery) is reserved for you, and fenced to protect you from our animal friends (3 small dogs, and 2 cats). On the ground floor you have a large living space including: independent entrance, sitting area, equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs there are two independent bedrooms, a landing room, and the bathroom. We draw your attention to the fact that the only bathroom has a low ceiling (1m80 max). The shower must be taken sitting, on a bath bench, which allows you to spend a comfortable moment despite the configuration. The accommodation is designed for 4 to 6 people, and can even accommodate 8 if the only bathroom is not too disturbing. The two single bedrooms have a 140 x 200 bed, the landing room, separated by a curtain from the landing, has a 140 x 190 sofa bed and a convertible armchair for one person. The sofa on the ground floor is also convertible. The pellet stove allows you to enjoy the comfort of wood heating, without the constraint of maintaining the fire of a fireplace. It requires minimal maintenance during long stays, but it remains simple, and we are here to teach you when you arrive. Our land has a first gate (our entrance), and a little after a larger gate (your entrance). There is room to park directly outside on the edge, for several vehicles. If necessary, it is possible to park behind the garden gate as well. The area remains extremely quiet and uncrowded. Please note that GPS integrated into cars can indicate a route passing through a dirt track, rather than the conventional road. GPS on phones (Maps, Waze...) always take the right route, and are therefore to be preferred. Other things to note Our cottage can accommodate both individual and group guests. However, in order to keep our offer accessible for a small number of guests, our pricing takes into account the total number of tenants during the stay.
