The cozy apartment is in the heart of Sebnitz and is just a stone's throw from the sandstone cliffs. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for a delicious meal. In the communal garden you can cool off in the pool, relax your tired muscles in the sauna or simply barbecue with a glass of wine overlooking the river. The space The cozy furnished apartment on the 5th floor offers everything you need for a long and beautiful vacation. It has two bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed and the other with a 180 cm bed) and a large living room with sofa bed. In the laundry room you can wash your laundry and prepare delicious dishes in the kitchen. You can end the evening in the garden of the opposite house by the campfire or in the sauna. A barbecue is also available for pleasant summer evenings. The garden offers seating areas, loungers and a lounge for sunbathing. Guest access You have your apartment all to yourself. In the house opposite (cross the street once), the garden with various seating, the pool and sun loungers (summer) and the barrel sauna are at your disposal. There you can also use the laundry room. Other things to note If you want to bring your four-legged friends, please note that this is €10 per night (from the 8th day €8 per night) and please let us know when you confirm that you are bringing one (or more) fluffy companions so that we can adjust the booking accordingly. The municipality of Sebnitz is a spa town, which is why a tourist tax is to be paid in cash on site. This can easily be deposited upon departure. This is €2.50 (reduced €2.00) per person/night. You will receive further information on site. In return, you will receive a guest card with which you can take advantage of numerous discounts in Saxon Switzerland. It is also valid as a bus and train ticket The use of sauna & hot tub is €5/person. For this we provide sauna wood and sauna oil for you.
