The space The urban escape is a 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd and top floor, completely new and very bright, close to all amenities. Ideally located for your tourist and business trips (train station, city center, highway, industrial zone...) it consists of: - a living room with spacious and comfortable sofa bed, connected TV, free fiber optic Wi-Fi access - a kitchen area with a foldable dining table to save space and seating for up to 6 people - a new fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, Nespresso-compatible coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) as well as everything you need in terms of dishes and kitchen utensils provided. - 2 independent bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm bed. They also have a storage cabinet as well as fans. - a modern bathroom with vanity, bathtub, mirror, towel dryer and hair dryer. Linens and towels are included at no extra cost. A crib can be provided upon request. Free public parking spaces are available all day long just across from the building. - 2 minutes to the train station and 5 minutes to the industrial area - 10 minutes from A10 highway - 20 minutes from Futuroscope - 20 minutes from La Roche-Posay and its thermal waters - 25 minutes from Chauvigny and its Castle of the Eagles - 45 minutes from the Châteaux of the Loire Valley - 1.5 hours from Beauval Guest access Key handover is autonomous using a key box upon arrival with the code that will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. Other things to note Check-in is possible from 5 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m. with the possibility to adjust the schedules if necessary. PS: We do not charge a cleaning fee. In return, we simply ask you to follow the departure checklist displayed in order to leave the accommodation in a clean and pleasant condition for the next guests.
