The house is located on a road with only local traffic for residents. The house has 3 floors: a basement, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large hall with built-in closet, living room, kitchen, toilet with sink, separate shower and washing machine. Via the stairs in the large hall, you reach the upper floor. Here, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with sink. Bedroom 1 has a 160x200cm bed with 2 separate mattresses. Bedroom 2 has 2 beds of 90x200cm and a bed of 90x200cm that is extendable. In total there are 6 sleeping places. There is also a baby crib available. The living room has a comfortable sofa with chaise longue, a rocking chair and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and induction cooktop. There is also a dishwasher available. The house is rented with bath and bed linen. Guest access The whole house and 1000 square meters of garden is for full use. Other things to note The large garden has a babbling mountain river along the plot. Wonderful relaxing seating areas have been created in various places so that the sun can be enjoyed optimally. There is a canopy in front of the house with a table and 6 chairs. Across the road is a fireplace for a cozy campfire.
