Kick-start your day with a peaceful yoga session on the lush green lawn, surrounded by the majestic Himalayan peaks. After a hearty breakfast, gather with your loved ones in the spacious patio or the verandah which also offers seating for playing indoor games or engage in a friendly game of cards to strengthen your bonds. Take a scenic hike amidst the aromatic pine forests or enjoy a stroll through the charming village of Bir. Nearby, you can indulge in activities such as paragliding, watching the sundowner, and participating in a pottery session. Return to Rooh for a delicious lunch under the sun. Spend the afternoon playing indoor badminton or getting lost in a captivating tale from the villa's library. As the sun sets, gather around the crackling bonfire for storytelling and stargazing. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This is a cosy bedroom on the ground floor that opens up to a common patio. It is equipped with a heater, bed warmers, Wi-Fi, an electric kettle and a study. An extra mattress is available upon request. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom & powder room equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This is a cosy bedroom on the first floor that opens up to a common verandah. It is equipped with a heater, bed warmers, Wi-Fi, an electric kettle and a study. An extra mattress is available upon request. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom & powder room equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. A separate powder room is attached to both bathrooms. LIVING ROOM There are 2 living rooms. The living room on the ground floor opens up to a common patio and the other on the first floor opens up to a common verandah. Both the living rooms offer Wifi and a heater. DINING AREA The dining room opens up from the kitchen and a back door leads to the backyard. It offers a fireplace. KITCHEN - Guest may only use the kitchen for reheating. - It is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, reheating essentials, crockery and cutlery, and a wood heater (Bukhari). - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN & BACKYARD There is an open garden with a comfortable sit-out space. The backyard offers a bonfire pit with stone seatings to soak in the warmth. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except kitchen. Other things to note - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. A cafe is available 50 meters away from the villa with indian & continental food options. -Breakfast can be arranged upon request with additional charges of Rs 500 plus taxes per person. - Guests can avail a complimentary high-tea with 30 minutes of village tour - Guest can opt for Sundowner menu in the evening while watching the sunset outdoors at an additional charge of Rs 3500 per person - A barbeque kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - Bonfire is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session. - Pick-up and drop-off service in a Sedan is available for reaching the property, with additional charge Rs. 1500 for 4 people. - A full day hike to Hanuman Gadi with guide is available upon request at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Amenities such as an electric blanket, hair dryer, and fire extinguisher, are available upon request. - For some recreation indoor games like Ludo, Snakes & Ladders, and chess, as well as outdoor games like badminton, are available upon request. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
