Large stone house typical of the area. Great for gatherings with family or friends in the heart of the Livardois-Forez area. The accommodation has a sleeping capacity for 17 people. For ideal comfort, we recommend our house for 8 adults and 8 children or 10 adults and 6 children . You have a beautiful, quiet outdoor area and an indoor playroom, perfect for enjoying your stay. The space Here is the description of the rooms so you can see if our house matches you: On the first floor: - One bedroom with double bed 160 - An adjoining room with bunk beds (2 mattresses of 90) - A third bedroom with a bed 140 cm double bed. On the same floor, you also have two bathrooms. Including one with a bathtub, sinks , toilet and shower. The second bathroom: toilet, sink and shower. There is also a mezzanine with a 70x 170cm crib. On the second floor: - One bedroom with two double beds, one bunk bed with a 140 cm bed on the lower level and a 90 cm bed on the upper level, and two travel cots. There are also 2 more bedrooms on the second floor: -Bedroom 1 : 2 single bed in 90 +one click bed in 90 - Bedroom 2: a 160 bed + a bunk bed (2 mattresses in 90) . In the dorm area, there is also a third bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. You also have a large outdoor area with children's portico, trampoline, terrace, barbecue for good times for families or friends. In the barn, we have also set up an indoor play area with ping pong table, mini billiards, foosball and dartboard . Guest access You will have access to the entire living space, the garden and its playground (swing frame, trampoline), terrace with garden table and barbecue and access to the indoor play area with ping pong table, darts, foosball and mini pool table.
