Equipped with wifi and two balconies, it is perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The interior, large and bright, offers a welcoming and modern environment. We are in the Duca di Camastra area, renowned for its lively atmosphere, full of shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as its proximity to important cultural and historical attractions. The space The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, TV, dining table, split A/C, access to balconies I and II; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C, and access to balcony II; - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C, and access to balcony II; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC; - BALCONY I; - BALCONY II. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, and heating through split A/C (one in the living room and one in both bedrooms), washer-dryer, clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. NOTE: Please be aware of a step to reach the elevator. No heating - warm air is provided via split A/C (one in the living room and one in both bedrooms).
