Come and stay in a rammed-earth farmhouse, completely renovated in 2023/24, built in the mid-19th century, typical of the agricultural buildings of the North of the Dauphiné. This farm was one of the many farms in the municipality of Genas, which are still numerous today. Moreover, the Chalet and the Bastide now occupy the location of the forage storage for the old farm animals. A horse farm was attached to this farm. The space You enter a beautiful living room lit by a large bay window overlooking a private terrace (under construction). The kitchen is equipped and will allow you to prepare good dishes, and you can dine quietly on a metal standing table, beach guinguette style. A convertible armchair (80 x 200) with a real single mattress faces the TV. A closed independent bedroom with a very cocoon decor with a double bed 140 x 200, will allow you to rest and have a good night's sleep. And finally, a large, very bright bathroom and a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet, will allow you to have a very good time. La Paillote is equipped with reversible hot/cold air conditioning. And all in a Fisherman's Hut-style decor by the Atlantic. This apartment is located on the ground floor, it is possible to group it with the Mas located on the 1st floor, and thus accommodate 9 people. Guest access The entire property is for guests only. Only the common entrance hall is shared with the apartment located on the 1st floor. Other things to note The bed in the living room is a very comfortable convertible armchair with a metal structure and a real mattress, size 90x200.
