Welcome to NAPZ HOMES our charming apartment, just 20 seconds away from the majestic Charles Bridge! The tastefully designed studio apartment, measuring approximately 30m2, can accommodate up to three guests. Situated on the third floor of an 18th-century historic building, our home provides you with a unique glimpse into the splendor of bygone eras, combined with modern comfort. Only the number of beds corresponding to the booked persons will be prepared. The space The apartment was renovated in early 2024 and equipped with new furniture and kitchen appliances. From the bedroom window, you can see the Charles Bridge! In the kitchen, we provide the following for our guests: - Nespresso machine with capsules - Various types of tea - Sugar - 1 bottle of water - Refrigerator with freezer - Stove - Microwave - Kettle - Cookware, plates, cutlery In the bathroom, we provide the following for our guests: - Hairdryer - Shampoo/Shower gel - Soap - Toilet paper - 2 towels per person Additionally, you will find an ironing board with an iron in the hallway. A small dining table with 2 chairs and a comfortable sofa bed are also available to our guests. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Guest access SELF CHECK-IN APARTMENT! Our guests have the entire apartment to themselves. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted throughout the entire apartment. Parties & events are not allowed. Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Only booked guests are allowed to enter the apartment. The entrance area is under video surveillance. A detailed guestbook with instructions and helpful information will be provided to our guests. Included in the shown final price: Resort-fee = City-tax 50CZK / Person / Night Administration-fee = VAT 12% Legal Requirement for Guest Registration Please note: According to Czech law, I am required to collect the following personal information from all guests (including minors): Full name Nationality Full address Gender Copy of passport or national ID card The data collection will be carried out conveniently via our web-based guest portal.
