Plenty of places to relax with a good book around the yard and 11,000 m2 of garden to lay out a picnic blanket. We ourselves live across the courtyard of the main house. There is a powerful electric boiler that supplies plenty of hot water in the bathroom and kitchen, and the bedroom, living room and outdoor bathroom are all heated by a 17.5kw pellet burner connected to five radiators. There are plenty of places to relax with a good book around the yard and 11,000 m2 of garden to lay down a picnic blanket for an afternoon nap. We ourselves live across the courtyard of the main house. There's always someone home in the evening and overnight, but we tend not to be there during the day. That being said, we are usually never more than 15 minutes away in Curtea de Arges. You have full access to the 11,000 m2 plot. Regular winged visitors to the garden include woodpeckers, buzzards, gulls, hawks, storks, and eagles. We have a healthy population of martens, foxes, deer and red squirrels. Those with the energy and inclination to explore the outskirts of the village are sometimes lucky enough to see wild boars. Other things to note It is a rural location and as such may not be suitable for those who do not like animal observations. For those who enjoy nature encounters, this place will be perfect for you!
