In the heart of the countryside, 2 hours 15 minutes from Paris, this charming cottage is located in one of the buildings of the La Garencière estate. Our property is a former farmhouse and its outbuildings have been converted into 5 independent cottages, in a natural, quiet setting and surrounded by the forest with a lovely view of Champfleur. You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy a terrace adjoining the accommodation and can enjoy our entire garden, play areas... The space Two bedrooms: - A double bed 160x200cm with a desk. - 2 single beds of 90x190cm with a play area for children. A living room with living room and equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Kid friendly: the accommodation benefits from board games, toys, children's cutlery... All baby equipment (bed, bathtub, high chair...) can be made available on request and free of charge. Sheets and towels included. Common playroom: table football, wooden play structure, kitchen, market, activity mat, darts, toy library, library... Shared outdoor spaces: Indoor pool and solarium in season, football goal, basketball baskets, swings, wooden cabin, sandpit, children's bikes, patio, picnic table... THE POOL IS OPEN AND HEATED FROM 1 MAY TO 2 NOVEMBER. Other things to note Breakfast basket at an additional cost and by reservation until the day before arrival.
