Wonderful and very spacious apartment for your stays by the sea surrounded by tranquility and greenery. Very close to the beaches of Chiavari and Lavagna in a secluded location, you won't have to worry about the chaos and traffic, but you will have a perfect starting point to visit Genoa, Portofino and the Cinque Terre. The apartment has just been renovated, large and spacious, it is equipped with many amenities, under the house there is a space reserved for guests for parking. The space Two large bedrooms, one double and one twin, will allow you to sleep peacefully. There are also two bathrooms, one complete with toilet, bidet and bathtub (which can also be used as a shower) and a smaller one with sink, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is habitable, also spacious, with a table and equipped with a normal oven and microwave, coffee machine, standard size refrigerator. The living room is separate and equipped with a sofa to watch TV and an additional dining table. The entire apartment, which is located on the first floor of a building with only two units, is surrounded by a terrace that runs through the entire house. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but there are fans in the rooms that you can move wherever you like. Don't forget that all the windows are equipped with shutters for complete darkness at night and mosquito nets to avoid any inconvenience with insects of all kinds. Near the house you will find a large Ipercoop supermarket, the largest in Tigullio, and several restaurants. The area is quiet but very well served, and we will be happy to help you with any requests. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and can be done with the self mode that will allow you to have greater flexibility and freedom of arrival time, check-out is instead no later than 10:00 a.m. Inside the house, you will find a set of 3 towels for each guest, bed linen, soaps, toilet paper, cooking and cleaning equipment during your stay. Upon request, we can provide a camping cot for your children. We will make sure that the accommodation is ready and clean for you.
