Before your arrival, once guest details have been provided and the city tax has been paid, you’ll receive the codes for the electronic keypad, allowing for quick and independent access. After your first entry, we’ll also provide a physical key to make access even easier during your stay. Other things to note To ensure a smooth and safe check-in and comply with national regulations (art. 109 of the TULPS), all guests must complete our online registration form and pay the city tax before arrival. After booking confirmation, you will receive a message with the link to complete the registration. The Venice city tax is mandatory according to local laws: €4 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights.
