Located in the picturesque village of "Palazzolo dello Stella" (Ud), our B&B offers a strategic location ideal for bike lovers, with free car parking available in front of the property. We are close to the bike paths that lead to Lignano Sabbiadoro, the lagoon, the sea, the woods and the river, with the beaches of Lignano that can be reached by car in just 20 minutes. Inside, guests can enjoy the "tea corner", a corner dedicated to making tea or infusions. The rooms "Sea room" and "Love Lagoon" share a common bathroom. The surrounding area is full of excellent restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, offering a variety of leisure and dining options. Please let us know your arrival time. Note that our B&B is not suitable for small children, infants or pets. The space We are located in a strategic position in the village of "Palazzolo dello Stella" (Ud), ideal for bike lovers, with free car parking in front of the B&B and access to the bike paths of Palazzolo/Precenicco to reach Lignano Sabbiadoro. The Marano lagoon, the sea, the woods and the river are nearby, offering the opportunity to spot white herons. The beaches of Lignano Sabbiadoro can be reached by car in 20 minutes. The house has an entrance on the street, near a small and ancient church and vineyard fields. Next to the rooms is the "tea corner", a space to prepare a tea or an infusion on your own. The refrigerator is shared in the "tea corner". Breakfast is prepared by agreement on the time, between 7:00 am and 9:00 am, and can be consumed in the room on a tray. If you have food intolerances, please let us know so we can meet your needs. The two rooms share a communal bathroom. Our B&B is not suitable for small children and infants and we cannot accept pets. There are numerous excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the area. It is important to kindly communicate your approximate arrival time. Guest access The entrance is on the ground floor, you enter the hallway where you can see a large map of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region and a space for brochures and posters for activities to do in the area, tourist maps and places to visit. Important: please communicate your approximate arrival time (check-in). During your stay Please kindly communicate the approximate time of arrival to better organize the check-in. We will be available to welcome you and provide you with all the necessary information about the area, including suggestions on what to visit and where to eat. We provide geographic maps to help you explore the surrounding area. During your stay, you will find water and sachets to prepare tea or chamomile, to make your stay more pleasant. Please note that for additional needs, there are several supermarkets nearby. For any information, you can contact us through the Airbnb messages or by phone when we are in the house. Other things to note Breakfast is prepared upon request, with a time agreed between 7:00 am and 9:00 am, unless otherwise requested. Please let us know if you have any food intolerances to try to meet your needs. In the entrance lobby, you can park your bike. Our facility is not suitable for children and infants and we can't accept pets. Our pets stay in our private area and will not bother you; they are all adopted, including greyhounds. The house is gas-free and we are careful not to waste water, promoting the recycling of waste. We ask that you close the air conditioning when you go out for long periods. Check-in is between 1pm and 9pm, upon agreement; we kindly ask you to let us know an approximate time of your arrival. Check-out must take place before 10 am.
