It is located on the 1st floor with attic, in a 3 party house and has a separate entrance. This is accessed via a spiral staircase located in a long driveway and not visible from the road. When you enter the apartment, you go up another staircase to the actual living area - past the guest toilet. There is a spacious hallway here. Just to the right is the bathroom. It is ceiling high, light tiled and equipped with a velux window that lets in the daylight. From the spacious living and dining room, you can enter the kitchen. It is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen. Here you have a view of the garden and the green Halde. There is also a bedroom on this level, as well as a small storage room. From the hallway, a semi-twisted staircase leads to the attic to four more sleeping options. Essentials include towels and linens. Wifi is available. A folder with the description of the main excursion destinations and attractions of the area is in the apartment. The entrance platform is available for smokers at the front door. An ashtray is also placed here. The apartment has two car parking spaces right in front of the house. If further parking is needed, these are available on foot.
