It is located on the 2nd floor with attic, in a 3-party house and has a separate entrance. This is accessible via a spiral staircase, which is located in a long driveway and is not visible from the street. When you enter the apartment, you go - past the guest toilet - up a staircase to the actual living area. There is a spacious hallway here. The bathroom is just to the right. It is ceiling-high, brightly tiled and equipped with a Velux window that lets in the daylight. From the spacious living and dining room, you can enter the kitchen. It is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen. Here you have a view of the garden and the green hill. There is also a bedroom on this level, as well as a small storage room. From the hallway, a half-turn staircase leads to the attic to four more sleeping options. Basic amenities include towels and linens. Wi-Fi is available. A folder with the description of the most important excursion destinations and attractions of the area is in the apartment. For smokers, the entrance platform is available at the front door. There is also an ashtray here. The apartment has two parking spaces right in front of the house. If additional parking is required, it is available within walking distance. Here, the window can be darkened with an interior roller blind. Despite good insulation, it can get a little warmer in the attic. For this reason, 2 column fans are included in the furnishings. Bathroom The bathroom is ceiling-high, brightly tiled. Above the sink hangs a large LED mirror. Bidet, toilet, bathtub and shower with glass corner entrance fully equip the bathroom. There is also a washing machine and a hairdryer. There is an extra guest toilet in the entrance area. Storage room The storage room is accessible via a small staircase.
