The space Our beautiful apartment in the middle of the Thuringian Rhön - just 10 minutes by car from the spa town of Bad Salzungen - offers enough space for 2 to 7 people and was completely renovated in 2024. The cozy accommodation is the ideal starting point for your (country) vacation - whether hiking, cycling or just relaxing. Experience nature and animals in a beautiful environment, the Rhön Biosphere Reserve. Bernshausen is located in a high valley of the Vorderrhön and also offers ideal swimming and fishing opportunities in the surrounding lakes, e.g. Schönsee and Bernshäuser Kutte. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. In addition to the apartment, there are two other apartments in the house, which are inhabited by two young families. On a total of 104 square meters there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (extra bed possible), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining area with a corresponding dining table and a living area. Behind the house there is an assigned piece of the garden at your disposal with seating furniture, a table and a grill. We ourselves have three horses on a paddock that would be happy about a little petting. In the village there is a restaurant with regional cuisine, where you can indulge in dinner.
