The space On the ground floor, Casa Marvin welcomes you with a bright dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, featuring a large air conditioner that cools the entire space. The rooms are furnished in a simple and charming style, with details inspired by the maritime world. A hallway leads to the first sleeping area, where you'll find a small bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children, and a comfortable double bedroom also equipped with air conditioning. At the end of the hallway, there are two convenient bathrooms: one complete with a shower, and a service one with a washing machine and toilet, ensuring comfort even for larger groups. Climbing the stairs, you'll find a lovely relaxation area, perfect for reading a book or enjoying time together. The spacious double bedroom on the upper floor offers a peaceful retreat, with a brand-new air conditioner that makes it the ideal place to unwind after a beautiful day at the beach. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the large outdoor area for exclusive guest use. Adjacent to the dining room and separated by a door, the veranda is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals on sunny summer days, creating unforgettable memories with your family or friends. The wood-fired oven allows you to get creative in the kitchen: bake delicious pizzas or use the barbecue area to prepare tasty meat or vegetable dishes. Citrus plants add color and intense fragrances to the surroundings, which gradually open up to a small area with a hot tub—perfect for cooling off and enjoying true relaxation. On the right side of the house, you’ll find an outdoor shower—handy for rinsing off after the beach—and a large private parking area where you can leave your car, ready to accompany you in discovering the wonders of this unspoiled island. Last but not least, in the upper part of the garden, there is a paved area with a heated inflatable jacuzzi and outdoor furniture—perfect for soaking up the sun and pampering yourself with a glass of fine wine or a refreshing drink. Other things to note We love animals and are happy to welcome them into our home 🐶🐱 To ensure that the apartment is always spotless for the next guests (especially those with allergies or sensitivities), we perform a more thorough cleaning after a stay with pets. To cover these additional services, there is a fee of €40 in addition to the standard cleaning cost, which will be requested during self check-in. Car rental is highly recommended. --- WATER CRISIS IN SARDINIA --- In recent years, especially during the hottest months (July, August), Sardinia has been experiencing a severe water crisis due to drought. We would therefore like to raise your awareness about responsible water consumption and inform you that during these periods, water pressure may be reduced or, in extreme cases, completely unavailable. The house is equipped with a reserve water tank, which supplies the internal water system if the municipal water network supply is disrupted. Even in this case, water pressure may decrease. Reducing water consumption will help the island cope with these crises and allow you, as our guests, to enjoy a more comfortable and peaceful stay. Once your booking is confirmed, the online check-in will be managed through a dedicated software provided by our manager, designed to make the process quick and easy. During the check-in process, you will be required to: 1. Pay the tourist tax imposed by the municipality. 2. Upload the identity documents of all guests, as required by law (Article 109 of the TULPS), to ensure proper identification and fulfill legal obligations. 3.
