The first floor is an open kitchen and living room for your group to eat and socialize.The first floor also has a 1/2 bath and office/mud room. On the 2nd floor you will find 2 nice sized bedrooms with 1 full en-suite bathroom and another full bathroom. Up on the 3rd floor there is one huge room with 2 double beds, and 2 twin beds. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
