The house comes complete with all kitchen essentials. Bed linens and towels are provided. You will find courtesy kits for the bathroom,first aid kit and all the essentials for the first breakfast. AIR CONDITIONING in all the rooms. The space The house is completely furnished with Italian leanens,kitchen utensils,patio furnitures, coffee machine,micriwave oven,amaca,wifii. You will find a guest information packet in the house explaining the house, it's features and some general guidelines. The house itself is well furnished and has everything you need, including WiFi, a coffee maker and toaster oven. The outside patio is also fully furnished to enjoy the garden and entertain. I love lounging in the hammock with a good book and watching the hummingbirds and butterflies. There is a safe to store your valuables, which we ask that you leave open and empty when you leave. AIR CONDITIONING in all the rooms. LONG TERM RENTAL (over 7 days) will be required to cover electrical costs exceeding 20 dollars a week ( wich are normally more than enough to keep the house fresh and cook ) Guest access The unit shares with the villa 77 a washing machine outside in the back, and there is a clothesline for drying as well as a generous outdoor sink. Easy parking inside and outside the village. There is a swimming pool in the residence. Pool hours are sunrise to sunset. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Wonderful pool with jacuzzi.
