Our cozy, completely renovated semi-detached house is 65 square meters and divided into two floors. On the first floor, it has a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, POD machine and kettle as well as other cooking utensils. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area offers four dining areas and a highchair on request. The adjoining, cozy living room invites you to relax. The space On the upper floor, 4 single beds are divided into two rooms. A baby bed can be added on request. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Towels, dishcloths and linens are included. In the driveway, two cars can park one behind the other. A small outdoor seating area invites you to linger. Neheim city center with numerous shops and a diverse gastronomy is 1.9 km away and can be easily reached by bus, car or on foot. A supermarket with a fresh food counter and bakery is 700 meters away, an Aldi is 1.5 km away and a butcher is 1 km away. Haus Margarete is centrally located but quiet. Many wonderful excursions to the Arnsberg Forest, the directly connected Ruhr Valley cycle path or e.g. to the Nass leisure pool, the Vosswinkeler Wildwald, and much more in the beautiful Sauerland, are possible. Lake Möhne is about 10 km away. Guest access Self-check-in is possible through a key safe at the house.
