The interior spaces include: - on the ground floor, a tavern with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a reading room with a bio-fireplace and a bathroom; - on the first floor, two double bedrooms (Ida and Maria), each with a bathroom; - on the second floor, two double bedrooms (Renza and Carla), each with a bathroom. The large outdoor spaces (partially fenced) include: - large infinity pool with deckchairs, sun umbrellas, whirlpool area, hot shower and toilet. The pool offers a magnificent view of the picturesque Enza valley, with the evocative presence of the majestic Bismantova stone as a scenic backdrop. - terrace with barbecue and table adjacent to the entrance of the farmhouse. - outdoor mini spa with bio sauna and heated hot tub (open all year round). Due to its structure and layout, Ca' Nobili is not accessible to people with disabilities. ONLY THE POOL AREA IS SHARED WITH THE OWNERS IF PRESENT.
