In the heart of Grado Pineta, just steps (under 200 m) from the beach is our little oasis! The center of Grado can be reached in 10-15 minutes by bike (provided free of charge by the property) along the beach promenade. Within a very short walking distance there are bars, restaurants, a supermarket and the fabulous "Botega", where fresh pastries and delicacies of the region can be purchased 7 days a week! The space In the small bedroom there are 2 single beds, the two sofas in the living room can be converted into beds. Towels, bedding and linens are included.
