Accommodation located on the ground floor in a residence. Come and enjoy a cocooning atmosphere for a stay for families, couples or for a business trip. Our place is equipped with a kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and two separate bedrooms. The bed linen, towels will be set up for your stay and included in the cleaning rate. Accommodation not accessible to people with disabilities. The space The accommodation consists of a kitchen equipped with kettle, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, 4-burner ceramic hob and range hood. All the accessories for cooking will be there. In the living room is a sofa, coffee tables, TV with tnt and wifi. A table with 4 chairs are in the dining room to enjoy good times with your partner, family or colleagues. In the bathroom will be the toilet, a sink, a shower, a hair dryer and a blowing heater that also makes towel rack. Towels are included in the rate. There are two bedrooms as well. One with a standard double bed and a large wardrobe with mirror. The other room is smaller and consists of wall cabinets with a standard single bed. The bed linen will be set up for your stay. Guest access The entrance to the accommodation will be through the residence with a key that will be put in a key box with the key to the apartment. You can park your vehicle in one of the parking spaces located after the residence's porch. Please note that parking is not permitted in the space located near the building and garbage cans, as it is private to one of the apartments in the residence. If you can't find a space at the back of the residence, you'll find free parking at the roundabout across the street from the accommodation. Parking is available on each side of the road. Accommodation not accessible for people with disabilities. Other things to note Listing prohibited for smokers and vapers even with the window open but an ashtray is in the kitchen closet and of course we accept that smokers and vapers smoke outside the accommodation.
