Accommodation located on the ground floor in a residence. Come and enjoy a cocooning atmosphere for a stay with family, as a couple or for a business trip. Our accommodation is equipped with a kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and two separate bedrooms. Bed linen and towels will be provided for your stay and included in the cleaning fee. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The space The accommodation consists of a kitchen equipped with a kettle, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, 4-burner ceramic hob and range hood. All the accessories for cooking will be there. In the living room is a sofa, coffee tables, a TV with TNT and Wi-Fi. A table with 4 chairs is located in the dining room to enjoy good times with your partner, family or colleagues. In the bathroom you will find the toilet, sink, shower, hair dryer and a fan heater that also acts as a towel rack. Towels are included in the rate. There are also two bedrooms. One with a standard double bed and a large wardrobe with mirror. The other room is smaller and consists of wall closets with a standard single bed. Bed linen will be provided for your stay. Guest access The entrance to the accommodation will be through the residence with a key that will be put in a key box with the key to the apartment. You can park your vehicle in one of the parking spaces located after the residence's porch. Please note that parking is not permitted in the space located near the building and garbage cans, as it is private to one of the apartments in the residence. If you can't find a space at the back of the residence, you'll find free parking at the roundabout across the street from the accommodation. Parking is available on each side of the road. Accommodation not accessible for people with disabilities. Other things to note Accommodation prohibited for smokers and vapers even with the window open, however, an ashtray is located in the kitchen cupboard and of course we accept that smokers and vapers smoke outside the accommodation.
