For 16 people and just a 2-minute drive from the lake, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy its large garden, pergola with barbecue and the heated pool (boiler at an additional cost). Space for 4 compact cars. Rest cool in its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The space Important before proceeding with your booking: ❗️PARTIES AND NOISE: Parties, events or celebrations such as christenings, mass birthdays or gatherings involving outdoor furniture rental, musical groups, mariachi, bands, DJs or any type of contracted sound are not allowed. It is strictly forbidden to have loud noise or music after 10:00 p.m. If the neighbours report excessive noise, a call for attention will be made to lower the volume, otherwise, if this is not respected and the neighbours notify us again, this will cause the immediate cancellation of the stay without the right to a refund. Only guests marked on the reservation are allowed to have cohabitations and with a moderate volume of music. 🏠CAPACITY: 16 guests. No additional people are allowed to enter other than those registered in the reservation, even if they do not spend the night. Guests will be accommodated in 3 rooms, each with a capacity of 5 people. One room has 2 double beds and a single bed; the other two rooms have a bunk bed of double beds and another single bed. Each room has a full bathroom and air conditioning. Person 16 sleeps on the living room couch. 🐶PETS: We accept unlimited pets at no additional cost; however, it is strictly forbidden to bring pets into the pool or allow them to climb on beds and armchairs. Must pick up your pet's waste and is responsible for any damage caused. You must pay a cleaning fee if there is pet feces in the garden. 🍴UTENSILS: You will find all the necessary utensils and dishes, as well as a stove with a gas oven to prepare your favourite dishes. ☀️POOL: private with air conditioning service at an additional cost. The pool has a solar air conditioning system at no additional cost that has a temperature of 26ºC and additionally for your comfort, we have a gas boiler at an additional cost and must be requested in advance, prior to your arrival, due to the time it takes to reach the temperature of 31ºC. This service costs $1,500 MXN each time you want it turned on. Please note that it will take several hours for the water to temper, so if you request the boiler service once you are in the house, you can enjoy it after many hours, especially if it is already dusk. It is not a jacuzzi service, so the water is kept warm, not hot. 🚘 Parking for 4 compact cars. No buses. High-speed 🛜 wifi Guest access Early check-in and late check-out available for an additional fee and subject to availability. You can request it after booking, the charge varies according to the day of occupancy. We recommend requesting it at least 48 hours in advance.
