Early check-in request is different from the hotel, we do not have onsite cleaning service, our cleaners usually have their work plans for the day before check-in.We have a standard check-in time of 3pm to ensure our cleaning staff has enough time to prepare a clean place for your stay!If you need an early check-in, please contact me at least one day in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request!Unfortunately, we can't guarantee your request for an early check in, thank you for your understanding! We understand that sometimes you will enjoy staying here for a while!However, sometimes our customers will check in the day you check out, unlike the hotel, we don't have a spare room for them to use!So all requests for late check out should be made at least a day before your departure to ensure our cleaning crew has enough time to get the job done!If you need to check out after 12pm, there will be an additional half-day charge through Airbnb and must be paid before your checkout night to get approved.We won't be satisfied with a late check out request on the day of your departure check out request.No late check-out confirmation that our cleaning crew will be working at 10 am and they will be able to enter our property for housekeeping. Extra bedding will be charged at an additional cost of $50.(Please confirm at least one day before check-in.) Rebooking will be determined based on availability and new daily rates.New daily rates may differ from the original reservation price.Guests will be required to pay the rebooking price, which may include higher rates.
