Guest access You will be provided with an access code for each guest. In order to generate the gate access code, we require the main guest’s full name, surname, contact details and proof of identification and contact details of all persons who will be staying. Kindly ensure these details are shared at least 1–2 days prior to check-in. The number of guests is strictly limited to those stated in the booking details. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted and may result in fines being issued. Please note that the complex reserves the right to refuse access to any person who is not listed as part of the booking. Other things to note • This is a no smoking unit • To maintain the privacy and security of our space, we kindly inform guests that visitors are not permitted. • NB: Drying laundry on the windows or balcony is not allowed at this property, should you ignore this law, you will be fined R1000.00 by the property manager. • Our unit does not have a backup power source during load shedding events. • We're remote hosts, and our team is available to assist you via phone calls and messaging between 8am-10pm daily, • Note: On-site assistance may incur a 1-hour wait and in a case of lost keys, a call-out fee is applicable. • Please note that our units are self-catering and do not include daily cleaning or amenity replenishment. A mandatory exit cleaning fee is charged, based on room type, to ensure high standards of cleanliness. All units are equipped with an in-unit washing machine for your convenience. We offer additional cleaning services at an extra cost.
