When you stay in our centrally located accommodation, you and your family have all the important points of contact close by. The H-Bahn station is only a 6-minute walk away, 10 minutes to Netto and Rewe, 2 minutes to the city park with playground, 8 minutes to indoor swimming pool and dog playground. The historic city center is also within walking distance, as our Happyhome is located directly in the city center. In just about 25 minutes you can get there by car or train to the beautiful state capital Erfurt, EGA, Oberhof/Rennsteig The space A cozy guest apartment of about 36 square meters awaits you on the 2nd floor of our house for max. 4 people... 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children. In the living room there are 2 sleeping options …1 sofa bed (81 x 1.47 m). with high-quality upholstery and 5-way adjustable backrest as well as a 3-in-1 sofa bed, lounge lounger or bed (1.11 x 1.85 m) as well as a single kitchen with a small dining area. Everything in a cozy feel-good ambience, newly furnished with mood lights for you. In the bedroom there is a double bed 1.40 x 2.00 m, and on request the installation of a children's travel bed or an additional guest mattress is possible. Access for our guests is via our property via Arnsbergstrasse into the house. The separate gate passage of Lessingstrasse is reserved for our tenants. We can provide a high chair free of charge on request. A fitness bike is also available. A mobile air conditioner is available for the hot season. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Animals on request. Only peaceful animals allowed, as we ourselves have 2 smaller dogs and 1 old cat. In addition, children live and play in the house and on our property. Dogs must be kept on a leash. For walking, you can use the opposite park, as well as the dog playground at the park pond. Walking is not allowed on our property.
