The location in Hamburg Langenhorn couldn't be better: You are located directly on the Langenhorn market square in an absolute infrastructure location and can reach the following within about a minute on foot: - Underground station Langenhorner Markt (line U1 in the direction of Hamburg City, Dammtor station & main station and trade fair, alternatively to Norderstedt in the north), various bus lines (e.g. Line 292 in 7 minutes to the airport) as well as a taxi rank and a rental bike station opposite - Two shopping arcades (e.g. Decathlon, fashion markets, fitness club, hairdresser, delicatessen, etc.) - Various supermarkets (Edeka small and large, Kaufland, Netto as well as local greengrocers and fruit merchants) - Drugstores (Budni, DM and Müller) - Various restaurants (Jim Block right next door, various local bistros and cafes) - Bakers, pharmacies, dry cleaners, Postbank and savings bank, petrol station, doctors, etc. In addition to the top local infrastructure, you can also quickly reach Hamburg's city center, the airport or various companies that have their headquarters in the north of Hamburg! In the living room you will find the sofa, which can also be used as a 160cm sofa bed including a topper and a comfortable armchair, a 50 inch Smart TV, which can be connected to over 100 international channels as well as to your own devices (also for music). The kitchen, which is complemented by a 180cm designer table of the brand Hays, offers an oven, a hob with 4 plates, a spacious dishwasher (Bosch Super Silence) and a fridge with freezer compartment. In addition to the toaster, kettle and the Nespresso coffee machine, there is a complete and high-quality kitchen equipment, e.g. of the Tefal, WMF and Villeroy & Boch brands. Plenty of crockery and various stylish glasses are provided! The two spacious bedrooms each offer a double box spring bed with a soft topper and a 150cm wide original USM Haller desk and a desk swivel chair in Vitra Eames design, so that both restful sleep and professional work on site with fiber optic internet is ensured. There are also plenty of storage options for the clothes. The bed in bedroom 1 has two 90cm mattresses and thus a width of 180cm, the bed in bedroom 2 has a 160cm wide mattress. The bathroom has a toilet and sink with illuminated mirror and a large walk-in shower. There is also a Bosch washing machine. There is also a hair dryer and an iron if needed. All rooms lead off the central hallway and the apartment on the first floor is reached via the stairs (no elevator). Free parking is usually available in the street (2h free parking with parking disc Mon-Fri 8-18h, Sat 8-16h, then unlimited), alternatively there are 2 paid parking garages in the immediate vicinity, e.g. in the immediately adjacent Krohnstieg Center (opening hours Mon-Sat 6-22h, Sun 7-22h) or behind "Kaufland". Guest access The entire apartment Kranich on the 1st floor on the left is at your disposal. You will receive a message on how to get the key codes 1-2 days before check-in. If you would like to arrive after 10 pm, please get in touch with us. Other things to note - A registration form must be completed prior to check-in. This is a legal requirement and otherwise we cannot provide key codes! - Late check-out and early check-in are subject to availability and can be booked at an additional cost if applicable - Cleaning during the stay can also be booked at an additional cost.
