The space The 90-square-meter apartment consists of a comfortable living area (openspace kitchen, living room, and lounge), a master bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed, and a large bathroom. The living area represents the heart of the apartment is really comfortable and bright providing direct access to the terrace where, thanks to an outdoor seating area, you can enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. In the living area there is a large sofa bed that can be used, everything you need for preparation will be provided. Thanks to a 55” Smart TV with Prime Video, Netflix, Youtube etc... you can spend an evening of entertainment. The large bathroom is equipped with a large shower (with seat), sanitary ware, hair dryer, towels of various sizes and a courtesy kit with Shampoo and Bubble Bath and a cabinet for your personal belongings. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic glass oven and plate, various cooking utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Everything you need to make your stay perfect. An indoor space in the residence's garage is available for guests to leave their bicycles. Guest access The flat has easy access with a private car park (signpost App. 25) directly in the Moira residence. The residence includes a large indoor swimming pool(ca. 30°), a sauna (which can be booked in advance) available to guests all year round. Bicycles can be parked in the underground car park in the bike shed. Other things to note The house is thoroughly cleaned by a cleaner after each stay.
