The space The 90 sqm apartment consists of a comfortable living area (openspace kitchen, living room and lounge), a double bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and a large bathroom. The living area is the heart of the apartment. It is truly comfortable and bright and provides direct access to the terrace where, thanks to an outdoor relaxation area, you can enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. In the living area there is a large sofa bed that can be used, everything you need for preparation will be provided. Thanks to a 55” Smart TV with Prime Video, Netflix, Youtube etc… you can spend an evening of leisure. The large bathroom is equipped with a large shower (with seat), bathroom fixtures, hairdryer, towels of various sizes and a courtesy kit with shampoo and bath foam and a cabinet for your personal belongings. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and ceramic glass hob, various cooking utensils, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle. Everything necessary to make your stay perfect. Guests have access to an indoor space in the residence's garage where they can leave their bicycles.
