Atypical house, designed in a former garage, ideally located in the heart of the Ariège countryside, 2 minutes from a shopping area (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, tobacco, gas station, McDonald's...) and 5 minutes from Saint-Girons. Quiet and soothing, in total harmony with nature. Stunning views of our beautiful Ariégeois Pyrenees. Greenway nearby, giving access to the commercial area. Multiple walks and/or activities nearby (neighboring valleys). Looking forward to welcoming you. The space The living room: Large 70 m2 room, with open kitchen. Dining area with dining table, seating up to 10 people. Sitting area with large sofa and 2-meter flat screen. Small aperitif area with a beautiful wooden bar, handmade. An arcade game is available with over 3,000 games. The Kitchen: Equipped kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer and dishwasher. Numerous cupboards with all the dishes available as well as a toaster, kettle, raclette grill... There are 2 coffee makers available, 1 Senseo with pods provided and 1 coffee maker for ground coffee, with filters and ground coffee provided. Available: salt, pepper and oil. Sleeping area: Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200, with dressing room. Bedroom 2: two single beds 90 x 190, with chest of drawers. Bedroom 3: one double bed 160 x 200 and one single bed 90 x 190, with dressing room. Bedroom 4: double bed 140 x 190 with dressing room and crib. Duvets and pillows are available for each bed, as well as bath towels. Bed linen is not included but can be provided. For this method, please let us know when you request a stay. Bathroom: Pretty all-wood bathroom, with walk-in shower, towel dryer. Washing machine and toilet inside. Provided: toilet paper and hand soap. Available to you: - 1 iron - 1 ironing board - 1 extra travel cot - 1 high chair - 1 children's potty - board games - baby toys The exteriors: - A first large terrace with a plancha, a table accommodating 8-10 people and a magnificent view of the Pyrenees. A barbecue is also available. - A second small terrace overlooking the river and garden, with small table and four chairs. Possibility to play pétanque (boules not provided). Up to 5 parking spaces. Other things to note 1 hour from Toulouse, 1.5 hours from Pas de la Case, 2 hours from the Sea and the Ocean. Guzet ski resort 45 minutes away.
