A perfect place to relax or share an outdoor meal. The house can accommodate up to 9 people with its 7 beds, ideal for large families or groups of friends. Close to public transport and all amenities, everything is within walking distance. The space The maximum capacity is 9 guests. This house was refurbished in mid-2024. Refurbished kitchen, fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer). The living room and kitchen are open to a 30 m² garden without overlooking. The living room is equipped with reversible air conditioning, allowing the entire house to be cooled and heated. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other two bedrooms are located upstairs. Bedroom 1: - 2 single beds of 90 x 190 cm. Bedroom 2: - 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm Bedroom 3: - 3 single beds of 90 x 190 cm. Living Room: - 1 double sofa bed of 140 x 190 cm is available in the living room. Linens are provided as well as shower gel, shampoo, tea and coffee pods. We can provide you with a baby cot, upon request and for an additional charge of €30/stay. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and many modern amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee machine, TV and much more. Access to the accommodation is autonomous, using a key box. Accommodation accessible by Metro (A), République stop which connects to Part-Dieu stations in 15 min and Perrache in 20 min, Place Bellecour in 18 min and Parc de La Tête d'Or in 5 min. The Groupama Stadium and LDLC ARENA are 20 minutes from the accommodation by public transport (metro A and tram T7). Around the house are all the necessary amenities, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee... Other things to note We attach particular importance to respect for the neighborhood, which is why we ask guests to stay with the same respect so that the serenity of all can continue. For your information, parties are forbidden in the house. As a reminder, the inside of the house is non-smoking. Indeed, the house has an accessible garden so that you can smoke outdoors without inconvenience. In case of non-compliance, a compensation of €150 will be required.
